As an administrator, data is one of the most powerful instruments (pun intended!) you have to transform the applicant, faculty, and your own administrative experience at all stages of the performing arts admissions process. We’ll work together to identify how you can use data to optimize your work at various points within the admissions funnel relative to your current and future roles in the arts sector.

The workshop will explore a range of strategies and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts for music admissions. It will focus on developing long-term strategies to attract candidates early in the recruitment funnel. Additionally, it will address effective strategies for recruiting regional students as well as methods to extend recruitment to a broader national and international scope.
