This workshop provides a solid foundation for building a recruiting plan. It will explore what you need to know to tie your plan to your institution and its mission. The workshop will dig deeply into data for recruiting: what data are needed to create a plan, where to find them, and how to use them. We will discuss institutional connections and their value for recruitment, as well as identify resources that are available to you as you build your recruiting strategy.
