What do math and music have in common? Both are incredibly powerful story-telling tools. As an administrator, data is one of the most powerful instruments (pun intended!) you have to transform the applicant, faculty, and your own administrative experience at all stages of the performing arts admissions process. We’ll work together to identify how you can use data to optimize your work at various points within the admissions funnel relative to your current and future roles in the arts sector. Additionally, we’ll discuss the ways you can tell the story of your work in a data-savvy manner that allows you to celebrate your successes, identify opportunities for improvement, and advocate for priorities to various constituencies within your organization and externally.
Learner Outcomes:
Understand how data can make your work more effective, efficient, and enjoyable at various points throughout the admissions cycle
Identify specific ways within your organization's unique configuration that you can use data to improve your efforts to enroll the best possible class on an annual basis
Leave with resources that will support your continued comfort and growth working with data
Connect with other admissions colleagues to build your professional resource network
Additional Information:
Attendees will be provided with an Excel spreadsheet to use in real time during the workshop.
